Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Method (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

All orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
This means:

* Import duties are included
* Customs taxes are included
* Clearance fees are included
* You will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery

The price you see at checkout is the final price for shipping and import costs.

Exceptions – DDU Countries

DDP shipping is not available to the following destinations due to carrier restrictions or local customs legislation:

* Brazil
* India
* Russia
* Serbia
* Ecuador

Orders shipped to these countries are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes, and any carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery or at customs clearance. BLNCE has no control over these charges and is unable to predict the exact amount.

If your delivery address falls within a DDU country, you will be notified at checkout before completing your order.

Unforeseen DDP Restrictions

In the rare event that we are unable to ship via DDP to any other country not listed above, we will contact you directly to discuss the available options before proceeding with your order. Your order will be held until a resolution is agreed upon.

Countries We Cannot Ship To

Due to international trade sanctions, we are unable to ship to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. Orders placed to these destinations will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Please note that for orders shipped via DDP from our overseas supplier, there may be a period of 2–5 business days after dispatch where little or no tracking activity is shown. This is normal and occurs while your shipment is being processed through export customs and consolidated for international transit. Tracking updates will resume once the shipment is moving through the international network.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the item and its dispatch location. Some products are stocked and dispatched from within the UK, while others ship directly from our overseas supplier.

UK-Stocked Items:
* United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

Overseas-Dispatched Items:
* United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
* Europe: 7–18 business days
* United States: 7–15 business days
* Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons. The estimated delivery time for your order will be indicated on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the shipment is in transit.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


5. Large & Freight Deliveries

Racing simulators are large and heavy items that may be delivered via freight service.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles

Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or absence.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos before opening the packaging

  • Document any visible damage

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.


7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the courier immediately.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
